Rules for using Notebar
These terms govern your use of Notebar across macOS, iOS, and web experiences. Please read them carefully before using the product.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter contracts to use Notebar. Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.
License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the apps and site. Do not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse Notebar in ways that violate laws or the rights of others.
Content and privacy
You retain ownership of your notebooks and materials. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data across iCloud, on-device processing, and legacy web services.
Availability and changes
We may update or discontinue features, and the service may be unavailable at times. We will post updates to these terms with a revised effective date.
Disclaimers and liability
Notebar is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
